This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit caminhonumerico.com, why, on what legal basis, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights, under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019.
1. Controller and contact
The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Caminho Numérico (caminhonumerico.com). For any privacy questions or to exercise your rights, write to Caminhonumerico9@gmail.com.
2. What data we process and why
Site visits (server logs)
When you open a page, the server logs your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, the referring page, and your browser identification. We use these logs to keep the site running, ensure security, and prevent abuse (for example, intrusion attempts). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
Numerology calculators and tarot draws
The name and date of birth you enter in the calculators are processed only in your browser. They are neither sent to our server nor stored.
Contact form
If you contact us via the form, we process your name (if you provide it), email, subject, and message, to reply to you. The message is stored on the site and reaches us by email via Google’s email service. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Retention: the time necessary to respond and follow up on the matter, and no longer than 12 months, after which the message is deleted automatically; you may request deletion earlier at any time.
Newsletter
Caminho Numérico is the controller. We store your email, language and consent evidence to send this newsletter through Amazon SES. We do not collect health or belief data. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days and subscriptions with no sends for 24 months are deleted. After an opt-out, we retain only necessary evidence and a suppression record to prevent further sends. See the policy for your rights and contact details.
Comments
If you leave a comment, we store your name, email, text, and IP address, to moderate and prevent spam. The email is not published. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: as long as the comment remains published.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and improve content. Analytics cookies are only used if you give your consent; without it, Google Analytics does not store cookies on your device. Legal basis: consent. Retention: up to 14 months.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The site displays ads from Google AdSense. With your consent, Google may use cookies to show personalised ads and measure their performance; without consent, ads are not personalised. The advertising code is only loaded after you begin interacting with the page. See how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Legal basis: consent.
Fonts
Some fonts on the site are downloaded from Google’s servers (Google Fonts), which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the site’s presentation.
3. Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are only stored with your consent:
- Consent (Google): store the choices you make in the privacy notice.
- Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*): distinguish visits for statistical purposes; last up to 2 years. - Google AdSense: serve and measure ads; the list and duration are at business.safety.google/adscookies.
If you leave a comment, WordPress may store your name and email in a cookie to pre-fill the form next time. You can change your choices at any time via the privacy icon that appears in the corner of the screen after you start browsing, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, including objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to Caminhonumerico9@gmail.com; we respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
